Blueberry Cupcakes

Today was baking day. I wanted to make a fruit cupcake with a nice frosting.

So i took a look in my freezer and found a bag og blueberrys.

I followed this recipe:

Blueberry cupcakes:

1½ cup flour

1½ tsp. baking powder

1/4 tsp. salt

1 cup granulated sugar

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

1/3 cup milk

2 eggs

1 cup fresh or frozen blueberrys

How to:

Beat together sugar, butter and eggs untill smooth.

Whisk in flour, salt, baking soda and milk.

Stir in blueberrys.

Bake them at 350F 20 minuts.
