High hats

Was just looking through my pictures form december and discovered those lovely highgat cupcakes.

I made them last year with a good friend of mine. You might know her. http://www.cakejournal.com/ We bake together once in a while. And we have a blast doing it.

But for those of you that dosn't know high hats. It's a chocolade cupcake with a meringue covered with chocolate.
